With a background in corporate wellbeing training and marketing, Tabby has worked with a wide range of organisations to provide online and offline mental health training. Tabby also has experience as a cardiac health facilitator and travelled around the UK and South Africa to run workshops in schools and workplaces in 2016. She has also worked in marketing for digital start-ups so has an understanding of some of the challenges a high-pressure working environment can bring.

Tabby is studying an MSc in Health Psychology at University College London and is particularly interested in how the mind-body connection can effect overall health outcomes. For example, by exploring how stress can have a detrimental effect on health and stress reduction activities can have a positive impact.

Tabby is a mindfulness practitioner and Mental Health First Aider. In her spare time, she enjoys walks with her puppy, reading and travelling.
